Clare completed a Bachelor of laws and Bachelor of Business (Management) at the
University of Western Sydney in 2009. Clare also completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal
Practice (With Distinction) with University of Western Sydney. Clare is admitted as a Solicitor
to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
Prior to becoming a Lawyer, Clare was involved in Workplace training, business consulting
and the transport industry.
Following admission to practice Clare worked in the areas of Family, Criminal and Civil law
for a large regional law firm, and the Shoalcoast Community Legal Centre, before opening
her own niche law firm, concentrating on family law matters, with a special focus on
domestic violence matters and matters involving special needs children. Clare has
experience with special needs a mother of children on the Autism Spectrum.
Whilst practising on the South Coast, Clare supported the local legal profession as a Young
Lawyers Representative, and as President of the Shoalhaven and Districts Regional Law
In recent years Clare relocated to Sydney and has worked for the Department of Justice
providing legal advice to disadvantaged members of the community before returning to

When not advocating for her clients, Clare enjoys spending time with her family, community
events, experiencing the world’s cultures through food and art, and riding her motorcycle.
