Our specialist team of lawyers across our Penrith office can offer mediations at our location at 62 Warwick Street, Penrith. We have a team at our Parramatta Justice Precinct office at Level 3, 17 Hunter Street, Parramatta and offices available in the Hawkesbury region for specialist family law assistance at 317 Windsor Street, Richmond for our colleagues in this area. We also have offices available at Barangaroo in Sydney.
There are a number of reasons to use our services:
- We offer a flat fee that is priced competitive to meet the market.
- We have a range of specialist family lawyers at our locations at Penrith, Parramatta, Richmond and Sydney that can offer arbitration and mediation and bookings can be taken immediately.
- We do not charge any additional room hire fees nor do we charge any fees for recording of the proceedings that can be later transcribed by the parties upon request.
- Our all inclusive fee for one day arbitration is $3,000.00 plus GST including preparation and writing of the award. This is a cost for each party of only $1,650.00 including GST. Any additional days are $3,000.00 plus GST.
All of our arbitrators are accredited nationally and members of AIFLAM (Australian Institute of Family Law Arbitrators and Mediators).
