Rafton Family Lawyers are delighted to announce that managing director and founder Kate Rafton was recently awarded the Western Sydney Business woman of the year at the Western Sydney Awards.
The ceremony was hosted by Western Sydney Women and was held at a function centre in Seven Hills last month. Kate was awarded the prestigious Business Woman of the Year. This was in recognition of her having nearly 20 years experience as a sole practitioner and business owner and her skills in leadership of her team. The firm has seen an expansion of legal services now covering eight officers across Western Sydney.
In her acceptance speech, Kate indicated that she was delighted to receive the award. Whilst also surprised given the other nominees that were also very exceptional business women in their own right. Kate indicated she is proud that over 80% of her staff are women and many are working mums. The firm has a consistent high rating on Google with 5 star reviews as well as consistently high feedback from clients. The culture within the firm is exceptional service to clients, providing expert and practical legal advice. The firm can boast the most experienced and more accredited specialist solicitors than any other firm in the area with professional staff having an average experience of over 15 years in their specialised area of practise.
