Parenting arrangement after separation

CHRISTINE’S MATTER

Christine was having difficulties communicating with her ex partner in making arrangements regarding parenting after separation.

Christine and her ex partner had three children together all at primary school age and at differing levels of development.  After consulting our office, we were able to send some correspondence to her ex partner and arrange an informal mediation conference utilising a specialist mediator.  After a three hour conference an agreement was reached and we were able to draft this into a legally binding document at Christine’s request so the parties were able to move forward with a set regime for the children’s time with their father.

Rafton Family Lawyers utilised mediation in matters that are suitable to do so which is a cost effective way to avoid litigation but also receive a family law outcome.  Please contact us if you would like to discuss or obtain some information about family mediation services.
